Built soon after the Hyatt Lake recreation area opened, the Campers Cove Restaurant has been serving the Cascades’ favorite local dishes since 1960. The Campers Cove Restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner to locals and visitors alike with views of the waterfront that are unmatched.

What can’t you cook at a campsite that’s perfect for a balanced meal? Pizza! Try the famous pizza that our chef’s will cook to order from scratch: the popular Big Foot, Table Mountain or Hyatt-Classic will satisfy any pizza lover’s appetite. If “carbs” are on your mind, try the Pacific Crest Trail with cheese, pepperoni, sausage, mushroom and olives.
Our Pizza is available whenever the restaurant is open for dine in or take out.
Up for a large stack of hotcakes? Or maybe you're thinking about eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy or toast. Our Chef’s cook everything to order and are pleasing people with their delicious homestyle cooking & gracious service. Of course the coffee's hot and the orange juice is cold.
If you're around at lunch time, try any of the sandwiches with a bowl of chili, a plate of those huge fries and a cold drink.
Dinner is where we really shine! Our menu changes nightly. Nightly entrees include a Chef's Salad, Steak or Chicken Dinners, Hamburgers, homemade fettuccine, surf & turf, country style meatloaf and more. There's a children's menu for the youngsters. Dessert (Read C-A-R-B-S for you hikers!)
No matter when you dine, if you've got the room, finish off your meal with some delicious cobbler. Buy it by the slice with a scoop of your favorite ice cream. Campers Cove country Restaurant is home to world-famous homemade marionberry cobbler plus delicious ice cream.
