Base rates are based on two (2) person occupancy. An additional $10.00 per extra person (but a maximum of 2 occupants for a 2 person cabin, 4 occupants for a 4 person cabin or 6 occupants for a 6 person cabin). A pet will be charged a pet fee (one medium sized dog 35 to 45 pounds or one cat per cabin unless otherwise arranged). Please note: the use of the cabin/facilities is for the sole use and enjoyment of registered guests. All cabins have satellite-TV. Towels for the hot tub (if equipped) are not provided. Please provide the necessary large “beach” towels since the bath towels are provided for bathing. Many cabins are “pet friendly” (please refer to the individual cabin descriptions for details, one small or medium sized pet is permitted for an additional fee), but dogs must always be leashed while outside or on the porch as children and guests in the resort may startle a pet and get hurt. Thousands of public forested acres surround the resort in which supervised animals can play. SMOKING OF ANY SUBSTANCE IN THE CABINS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT PERMITTED. A charge of $250.00 will be assessed to any guest smoking in the cabin. Guests cannot smoke in any area where their “second hand smoke” effects the peaceful enjoyment of a cabin rented by another guest or cabin owner. Satellite Wi-Fi is available for registered guests in or around the restaurant building (it is much slower than cable but adequate. Interenet is not available in each individual cabin at this time.). Please ask for the current password at check-in. Quiet time is 10PM-8AM, no outside activity is permitted including hot tubs (remember, the sound of talking carries a long way in the forest). Guests of renters must leave by 10PM. Unit occupancy limited to declared guests only, and all others should leave. Jackson County allows no fires because of the fire danger. Only one vehicle per unit. Assigned trailer and second vehicle parking are available upon request. Hot tub maintenance is scheduled daily between 7-10AM. For health and safety reasons, a park maintenance person will inspect your hot tub at that time, but will not otherwise interfere with your stay. Your hot tub should not be used until noon if it needs to be sanitized. The office closes at 6PM during winter hours, and 8pm during summer hours. Please notify staff of later arrivals in advance for instructions. Call (541-482-3331) for availability. Check in time is 3:00PM, unless other arrangements are made; Check out time is 11:00AM. Early check in or late check out is only allowed with pre-approval from staff or management. We require a minimum 72 hour cancellation window. You will be charged a one night stay if you don't show up or don't call and cancel prior to the 72 hour window. 3% fee charged for cancellation.
